    THE MUTANT WARS (6000 - 5212 BC)

    In 6000 BC, Vampire scientists on Earth begin genetic mutation of Earth species to use as weapons in the war against the Atlantean and Dhampir rebels factions on Earth. They create the creatures of Greek Mythology and human mutant-hybrids: Werewolves, Shapeshifters, Empaths, Telepaths, Teleporters and other mutant races. To control the mutants they create an Army of Killing Machines known as MK's.

    Thus so, the Mutant Wars (6000 - 5212 BC) began, the New Vampire Army, supported by Mutants, hunted the Rebel Factions across North Africa - what would become the Sahara Desert, driving them into the Nubian Empire - where they made their last stand before leaving Earth. But the First Ones victory would be short lived, the Mutants rebelled against their Vampire masters in the Mutant Rebellion (5000 - 3818 BC).

    THE MUTANT REBELLION (5000 - 3818 BC)

    In 5000 BC, Mutant Rebels leaders: Lykaius (the first Werewolf), Centaurius (the first Centaur), Scorpius (the first Scorpion), and Octantis (the first Mutant and the leader of the Mutant Factions), lead a rebellion to create the first Mutant empire on Earth.

    During the War, captured Rebels are forced to relocate from Earth to Mutant prison colonies in Velorum Controlled space. The Mutant Rebels were finally defeated in 3818 BC, the former Mutant prison colonies are given full colonial status as members of the Velorum Empire: Lykaion (Werewolf hybrids), Centauria (Centaur hybrids), Scorpia (Scorpion hybrids), Sagittar (Gifted Centaur hybrids), and Mutantia (Mutant hybrids).

    As part of the Mutant Treaty known as the Mutant Accord: Mutant Rebel Leaders Lykaius, Centaurius, Scorpius and Octantis were forced to live in exile in the Mutant colonies.

    THE MUTANT DOMINION (3500 - 1530 BC)

    During this period of military tensions leading to War between Velorum allies: the Imperial Vampire Houses and First Vampire Faction. The Velorum Empire allowed the creation of the Mutant Defense Forces - a space fleet of 100 starships as a deterrent against aggression by the warring parties.

    PRELUDE TO GALACTIC WAR (2610 - 1530 BC)

    With the lifting of military restrictions on the size of their naval forces in 2610 BC. The arms race begins, the Imperial Vampire Empire begins construction of the new 500 ship Imperial Vampire Navy. The First Vampire Empire in Tartarus begin construction of a 100 ship fleet, which includes 3 mobile base ships (MBS) over 5000 meters long.

    The Dhampir Empire also prepares for war, their new shipyards in Dhampiria begin construction of the home fleet - a 100 ship fleet of attack ship and light frigates, lead by the 1500 meter attack carrier Kai Rad. In 2488 BC, the Orion/OSI Black Sentinel Slipspace fleet, introduce the first Star-Hunter stealth corvettes equipped with the Falcon 600 Quantum Stardrive giving the fleet a 580 light-years per day tactical advantage over the fastest ships in the Velorum Fleet.

    In 2070 BC, with the new Imperial Vampire Fleet fully operational, the Velorum Empire withdraws its naval forces from Earth Space bases and redeploys them to the defense of Nifl - an Ice Moon in Beta quadrant 600 light-years from Earth. They are replaced by Imperial Vampire Navy forces who assume all responsibilities for the defense of the Velorum Alliance in Earth Space.

    Second Mutant Rebellion (2070 -1530 BC)

    Meanwhile on Earth, General Zor, the new Imperial Vampire Regent of Earth, reinstates the Harvest - the barbaric practice of harvesting Humans slaves to be turned into elite half-blood vampire soldiers known as Snorri. Slaves not fit to become Snorri, will become bleeders, workers, or are sent to the Blood Farms, where their blood will be harvested to feed the Army. The Harvest had been outlawed, in the peace agreement ending the Mutant Rebellion in 3118 BC. Once again Mutant who had been living on Earth, hiding in plain sight among the humans. Will find themselves hunted again. The Harvest, will become a call to arms, to insurrection uniting Mutant rebel factions on Earth and the start of the Second Mutant Rebellion (2070 -1530 BC).

    Lead by Mutant Maxis Tel - a human mutant teleporter, mutant resistance fighters will team up with Dhampir Presidium operatives on covert missions: to infiltrate and destroy key targets critical to Imperial Vampire Fleet operations. These combined teams would destroy over 100 warships, including 50 capital ships; 3 space bases and the shipyard at Libra 21. Captured patrol ships and cargo shuttles were rearmed with heavy weapons and cloaking devices supplied by the Presidium, crewed by Dhampir operatives and Mutant rebels, would become part of the new Mutant Resistance Navy known as Taskforce Shadow.

    In 2065 BC, the Battle of Vampiria Corridor begins, Taskforce Shadow begins attacks against merchant shipping along the Vampiria Corridor - a 300 light-years FTL route connecting Vampiria, Homeworld of Imperial Vampire Empire and Earth. Using hit and run tactics against merchant ships, laying space mines to blockade space stations and outposts in the corridor, they would attack then disappear into the darkness of space. Vampires of the Imperial Fleet called them the Umbra Mortis Sedent "Death's Shadow". The military goals of Taskforce Shadow: (1) a space blockade of trade between Earth and Vampiria, (2) to cut the supply lines to IVN space battle stations and mining operations that must be replenished by cargo ships to maintain normal operations.

    In 1795 BC, Taskforce Shadow opened a second front in war, launching attacks in the Black Triangle - a region of space located 100 light-years south of Earth, with outposts and space battle stations defending the southern approach to Earth space.

    By 1531 BC, The outcome of the battles was a strategic victory for the Mutant Resistance - Imperial Vampire Fleet losses: 1877 Imperial Vampire merchant ships destroyed, 263 merchant ships captured, and 107 warships destroyed. Taskforce Shadow losses: 111 warships. IVN would deploy one-third of their fleet to the Vampiria Corridor in convoy operations to protect the merchant shipping. Unable to resupply its space battle stations in the Black Triangle, several stations were captured and now under Rebel control.

    The cost to the Imperial Vampire Empire of convoy operations, the maintaining fleet, the lost of ships and crews was unsustainable. Without out help, reinforcements from the Velorum Alliance, the Empire was facing military collapse. In 1530 BC, a security council meeting was held, all Imperial Vampire Empire requests for military assistance were rejected by the Velorum Alliance. The Council, deemed the Mutant rebellion an internal security matter and not an external threat which would invoke the Alliance defense treaty. For Imperial Vampire Emperor Invictus, there will be no help, no way out...

    THE FIRST GALACTIC WAR (1530 - 1322 BC)

    Using the pretext, that the Atlanteans and Dhampir Empires were using Armistice Station as the operational control center for the Mutant Resistance. On Earthdate 113, at 18:00 hours, Imperial Vampire Forces crossed the border into North Orion Space attacking and destroying Armistice Station, the First Galactic War had begun. A series of regional interstellar wars, between the Velorum Alliance and the Orion Alliance lasting 200 years. The Front-Line of the War would span across 3,000 light-years, with total casualties and loses of over 2 billion dead.

    Eastern Theatre

    The Eastern Theatre, was the theatre of the First Galactic War that was fought in the Inner Orion Arm of the Milky Way Galaxy. It was fought in the Alpha Quadrant in Earth Space - a region of space within a 300 light-year radius of Earth, and in the Beta Quadrant - over a vast regions of space that included the Eastern Velorum Empire, the Imperial Vampire Empire, the First Vampire Empire, the Dhampir Empire, the Atlantean Empire and the Orion Empire Black Worlds Colonies.

    Mutant Resistance (Earth)

    In 1350 BC, the Mutant Resistance Navy known as Taskforce Shadow, lead by Mutant Maxis Tel - a human mutant teleporter, officially join the forces of the Orion Alliance in the Eastern Theatre in the wars against - Velorum Alliance members - the Imperial Vampire Empire and First Vampire faction.

    Mutant Dominion (Mutantia)

    After the Imperial Vampire attack on Armistice Station, the military high command of Mutant Defense Force received orders from the Velorum Alliance Command to attack Orion Alliance forces. After receiving the orders, the commanders of 20 Mutant Dominion warships defected to the Mutant Resistance Navy - refusing to fight alongside the Imperial Vampire forces who hunted and killed Mutants on Earth.

    Fearful that the entire Mutant Defense Force would defect leaving the Mutant Dominion totally defenseless. Mutant Lord Octantis and the eight mutant faction leaders known as the Octans - met in emergency session to deal the military crisis. In a shocking move that would effect the Velorum Alliance and the outcome of the war in the Eastern Theatre - the Mutant Dominion declared themselves neutral in the war.

    After 200 years of war, the Aquarius Line falls, with the Velorum Empire forces suffering heavy losses against the Orions, and are forced to withdraw from their colonies in the Beta quadrant. With the ice moon Nifl as the last remaining Velorum stronghold. The Imperial Vampire Naval forces are driven from Earth space and forced to withdraw to the Vampiria Line. The First Vampire Faction, withdraw from their last bases in Earth space to the Tartarus Line. By wars end, Atlantean and Dhampir forces control Earth Space; and all former Imperial Vampire Empire and First Vampire Empire bases and colonies in the Beta quadrant.

    Central Theatre (The Frontier)

    The Central Theatre, was the theatre of the First Galactic War that was fought in the Inner Orion Arm of the Milky Way Galaxy. It was fought in the Alpha Quadrant, over a vast regions of space that included the Central Velorum Empire, the Imperial Vampire Empire, the Frontier, and the Orion Empire Inner Colonies.

    Western Theatre

    The Western Theatre, was the theatre of the First Galactic War that was fought in the Outer Orion Arm of the Milky Way Galaxy. It was fought in the Alpha Quadrant, over a vast regions of space that included the Western Velorum Empire and the Orion Empire Outer Colonies.

    The greatest loss of life would occur in what became known as the War of Two Worlds. Ytri - Capital of the Sector in the Western Velorum Empire fought against the Laelaps - Capital of the Laelaps Sector in the Western Orion Empire; in a series of battles that destroyed both worlds killing over 1.5 billion. The War in the Western Theatre would end in a stalemate.

    THE THIRD AGE OF EXPLORATION (1332 -352 BC)

    After 200 years of war, the Empires once again return to exploration of the Milky Way Galaxy and rebuilding their war-torn star colonies. The Velorum Empire explores Perseus Transit into the Perseus Arm establishing new colonies. The Orion Empire expands it's colonies and military forces in the Perseus Arm. The First Vampire Faction explores and colonizes the Orion-Sagittarius Expanse - the region of space separating the Orion and Sagittarius Arms of the galaxy. Meanwhile, back in the Orion Arm of the galaxy, the Empires rebuild their homeworlds, fleets, space stations and colonies destroyed during the war.

    RESURRECTION OF VELORUM EMPEROR TA'VEL (352 BC)

    After laying in stasis for 7,092 years, Emperor Ta'Vel - First Star Emperor of the Velorum Star Empire, is resurrected to the First Galactic Emperor of the Velorum Empire, the Supreme Sovereign of the which now extends from the Inner Orion Arm through the Perseus Transit into the Perseus Arm of the Milky Way Galaxy.

    THE SECOND GALACTIC WAR (352 BC - 14 AD)

    Seeking to restore the Velorum Empire's former colonies in the Beta Quadrant of the Orion Arm, Velorum Emperor Ta'Vel orders the invasion of the Beta Quadrant by the Velorum Alliance. On Earthdate 113, at 18:00 hours, Velorum and Imperial Vampire Forces crossed the border into Earth Space attacking Fleet Battle Station 65 on the Theseus line - a series of Orion Alliance Space Stations defending the Earth Space border. Beginning the Second Galactic War, a series of regional interstellar wars, between the Velorum Alliance and the Orion Alliance lasting 338 years. The Front-Line of the War would span across 3,000 light-years, with total casualties and loses of over 2 billion dead.

    In 352 BC, the Mutant Continuum formerly know as the Mutant Resistance, lead by Mutant Maxis Tel - a human mutant teleporter, join the forces of the Orion Alliance in the Eastern Theatre in the wars against - Velorum Alliance members - the Imperial Vampire Empire and First Vampire faction.

    During the war, Mutant and Dhampir forces of Taskforce Shadow capture the entire Imperial Vampire's Black Triangle Zone and liberating the Tori - a Human slave race genetically engineered to work in deep space mining and construction. In 50 BC, Taskforce Shadow captured the final Tori Sectors: Antoria, Entoria, Heltoria, Hytoria, and Zartoria - halting its advance 50 light-years from the border of Mutant Dominion space.

    Mutant Dominion (Mutantia)

    Having maintained peaceful relations the last 980 years with the Velorum Alliance members - Centauran Dominion, Lykaion Dominion, Scorpion Dominion, and Orion Alliance members - Atlantean Empire and Dhampir Empire. Mutant Lord Octantis and the eight mutant faction leaders known as the Octans - met in emergency session to deal the military crisis.

    Voting against going to war against the Orion alliance, the Mutant Dominion declared themselves neutral in the war. As in the First Galactic War, the shocking move would effect the Velorum Alliance and the outcome of the war in the Eastern Theatre - angering Velorum Emperor Ta'Vel - it would have unforeseen consequences for the Mutant Dominion.

    Final Battles of the Second Galactic War (14 AD)

    After 338 years of war, the Velorum Empire was finally defeated by the Orion Empire in the Second Battle of Orion's Belt. Imperial Vampire Forces, are driven from Earth Space - all sectors within a 300 light-year radius of Earth. First Vampire Faction, are driven from Earth Space back to their homeworld Tartarus. The final battle of the Second Galactic War, the Battle of Tartarus (14 AD), ended with the destruction of all major cities on Tartarus and the deaths of over 50 million. Because of the great loss of life on both sides in the battle, Tartarus is known as "Ghost" and the region is known as "Ghost Space".

    On Earthdate 321, at 01:00 hours, the Velorum Alliance and the Orion Alliance sign the EarthZone Accords the treaty ending the Second Galactic War. The Treaty, declared Earth as a protected planet - no interference the technological development of the planet. It created the EarthZone, a protected zone of space - 300 light-year radius surrounding Earth, to be reserved for future Human colonization. Ghost Space was declared restricted space - no colonization allowed, the planet Tartarus also known as Ghost to be a Forbidden Planet - no landing or contact permitted. To protect EarthZone, it created the Earth Security Organization (ESO) and Earth Space Command (ESC).

    AFTERMATH OF SECOND GALACTIC WAR (14 - 20 AD)

    EarthZone

    Earth Moonbase: Lunar City and the Epsilon Eridani Station and Shipyards are place under the command of Earth Security Organization (ESO).

    Under the terms of the EarthZone Accords: the Earth Security Organization (ESO) and Earth Space Command (ESC) assumes responsibility for the defense of Earth and EarthZone. The ESC begins conducting military operations and security patrols of the EarthZone and Ghost Space. All heavy weapons are removed from Earth; direct interstellar trade with Earth is banned; travel to Earth is restricted and requires a visa from the ESO;

    The EarthZone and Ghost Space now serve as a defacto buffer zone separating the Dhampir and Atlantean Empires from the Imperial Vampire Empire and Velorum Empire. Earth Space Command (ESC) begins the expansion of the Theseus line - a series of former Orion Alliance Space Stations on the old Earth Space border, now under command of the ESO.

    Dhampir join in the Earth Security Organization (ESO) and Earth Space Command (ESC). Dhampir Black Sentinel Operators are recruited to join the Earth Special Forces Command (ESOC). Dhampir Presidium Intelligence Operative become members of the newly formed Earth Intelligence Service (EIS).

    Dhampir Lord Marshal Aries - a Black Sentinel and veteran of the First and Second Galactic Wars, becomes the Commander of Dhampir Forces, ESO/EarthZone.

    Creation of ESC Black Sentinel Force 3

    With the Dhampir Empire now officially members of the ESO/EarthZone, the ESC now establishes its main Battle Fleet:

    ESC Black Sentinel Force 3, is the main battle force of Earth Space Command's defense forces defending Earth and EarthZone. Its central core is six Black Sentinel Battlegroups from Orion Alliance members - the Atlantean Empire and Dhampir Empire, assigned to the ESC Fleet Battlestation-31 (Epsilon Eridani).

    Earth

    Meanwhile, on Earth, under the terms of the EarthZone Accords: Vampires, Mutants, and Aliens who remained on Earth and in EarthZone, were now subject to new criminal laws known as the Earth Sanctions. The EarthZone Security Bureau (ESB), an Interstellar Police Force was established by the ESO to enforce these laws. Violations of the Earth Sanctions is punishable by deportation, imprisonment, or death sanction.

    Vampires living on Earth are allowed to keep their underground and undersea megacities. Vampires, Werewolves, Mutants, and Aliens living on Earth are allowed to conduct trade and commerce on Earth within the limits human laws established by kingdom and empires on Earth. Sharing of advanced weapons and technology is prohibited and punishable by death sanction.

    Mutant Continuum (Earth)

    Under the terms of the EarthZone accords, Mutant Continuum is recognized as as an autonomous Dominion within EarthZone and legal representative of all Mutants living inside of EarthZone. the former Tori sector Antoria - located in the constellation Reticulum - was ceded to the Mutant Continuum as their dominion inside EarthZone.

    The Mutant Continuum named Lexia Tel - granddaughter of Mutant resistance leader Maxis Tel - a human mutant teleporter, as the Governor-General of the Mutant Continuum on Earth.

    The Torians (EarthZone)

    Under the terms of the EarthZone accords, the liberated Torians Sectors known as the Torian Enclave become the first race to recognized inside EarthZone. The Torian - are Human slave race who were genetically engineered by the Imperial Vampire Empire in 3000 BC, to work in deep space mining and space construction. The Torian Enclave consist of the Tori Sectors: Antoria, Entoria, Heltoria, Hytoria, and Zartoria - the former Tori sector Antoria was ceded to the Mutant Continuum.

    The Torian Enclave named Kyros Torias as the first Anax of the Toria.

    REGIONAL POWERS

    Ghost Space

    First Vampire Faction forces who survived the Battle of Tartarus, their homeworld now destroyed, they refused to sign the EarthZone Accords. Instead they chose exile, leaving Ghost Space and the Inner Orion Arm. The Exiles, established a new homeworld on Exilius, in the Orion-Sagittarius Expanse (14 AD - present). First Ones Overlord Arnaud Devereux and Lady Latona go into exile their son, Lord Julius Devereux sent back to Earth to oversee First Vampire Faction operations in Gaul (France).

    Imperial Vampire Empire

    The Imperial Vampire Empire named Zora, daughter of General Zor, as the new Regent of Imperial Vampires living on Earth.

    Mutant Dominion

    Under the terms of the EarthZone accords, Mutant Dominion is recognized as as an autonomous Velorum Colony with its Territories Sectors located in the constellation Reticulum - 320 light-years from Earth, on the Souther border of EarthZone.

    In 25 AD, the Mutant Dominion would become the first Velorum Colonial Dominion to establish full diplomatic relations with the Earth Security Organization (ESO).

    Centauran Dominion

    Under the terms of the EarthZone accords, Atlantean and Dhampir Forces withdraw from star systems and bases captured inside the Centauran Run.

    Lykaion Dominion

    Under the terms of the EarthZone accords, Atlantean and Dhampir Forces withdraw from star systems and bases captured inside the Lykaion Dominion's Arcadian Territories Sectors. To defend the Arcadian Territories Sectors against future attack, the Lykaions created genetically enhanced Human slaves armies, the Lysuran, who are trained and commanded the Lycosai - the elite Lykaion special forces. The decision by Lord Lykaius to create the Lysuran would come back to haunt him later during the Lykaion Civil War (1750 - 1776 AD) and Lykaion Human Slave Revolt (1780 -1900 AD).

    The Lykaion Dominion named Werewolf Lord Marshal Arnulf Lycos III, Governor-General of Earth Werewolf Confederation.

    Scorpion Dominion

    Under the terms of the EarthZone accords, Atlantean and Dhampir Forces withdraw from star systems and bases captured inside the Centauran Run.

    Sagittar Dominion

    Under the terms of the EarthZone accords, Atlantean and Dhampir Forces withdraw from star systems and bases captured inside the Sagittarius Corridor.

    MUTANT COLONIES REBELLION (820 - 830 AD)

    Mutant Colonies in the Velorum Empire rebel seeking independence from the empire. After 10 years of war, the Velorum granted independence to the colonies creating the Centauran Union, Lykaion Empire, Mutant Octants, Scorpion Empire and Sagittar Empire.

    AFTERMATH OF MUTANT COLONIES REBELLION (830 - 840 AD)

    Diplomatic and Military

    With independence, the Mutant colonies turn their attention to establishing diplomatic relations: embassies and trade agreements. The Centauran Union, Scorpion Empire and Imperial Vampire Empire sign trade agreements. The Lykaion Empire and Sagittar Empire sign a trade agreement.

    The Mutant Empires intelligence organizations - Centauran Intelligence, Mutant Octants Intelligence, Scorpion Intelligence, Lykaion Intelligence, and Sagittar Intelligence, setup spy networks on Earth.

    Mutant Crime Cartels

    The Mutant crime cartels setup on Earth - the Centauran Syndicate, the Lykadi Cartel (Lykaion Empire), Scorpion Tails (Scorpion Empire crime lords), and Sagean Privateers (Sagittar Empire).

    Mutant Octants withdrawals the Velorum Alliance

    In 835, Mutant Octants Intelligence reports all signs pointing to a possible Second Space Cartel War. Wanting to maintain its neutrality with EarthZone, the Mutant Octants declared itself a neutral empire withdrawing from the Velorum Alliance. Signing non-aggression pacts with both: the Velorum Alliance and Earth Security Organization (ESO).

    SECOND SPACE CARTEL WARS (840 - 1080 AD)

    The Second Space cartel Wars was a series of Interstellar Wars fought between members of the Interstellar Crime cartels - Vampire Syndicate, Centauran Syndicate, Lykadi Cartel, Scorpion tails, and forces of the ESC/ESOC. There was a brief pause in the space smuggling, during the Centauran-Lykaion War (1000 - 1037 AD).

    Centauran-Lykaion War (1000 - 1037 AD)

    The first major war fought since the end of the Second Galactic War. Lasting 37 years, the war threaten to draw the major powers into a new galactic war. To defend the Lykaion Empire's Arcadian Territories Sectors, the Lysuran - the Lykaion genetically enhanced Human slave armies, were deployed by Werewolf Emperor Lykaius to protect the Arcadian shipyards and Velorium Ore mines.

    In 1037, the war ended in a stalemate, however the Centauran forces were severely weakened losing a third of their fleet.

    Sagean Privateers (Sagittar Empire)

    During the Centauran-Lykaion War (1000 - 1037 AD), Privateers known as the Sagean working Sagittar Empire, smuggled weapons and supplies through Ghost Space to their allies the Lykaion Empire.

    Mutant Octants

    During the Second Space Cartel War, any smuggling ship captured inside Mutant Octants space were seized and their crews imprisoned for the duration of the War. This hash treatment of the Crime Cartels would lead to the first of many attempts the assassinate the Octans - members of the Imperial Mutant Council representing the eight Mutant Factions of the Mutant Octants.

    THE SAGITTAR-LYKAION DEFENSSE ALLIANCE (1039 AD)

    Following the events of the Centauran-Lykaion War, in 1039 AD, the Lykaion Empire and Sagittar Empire entered into a Mutual Defense Treaty known as the Sagittar-Lykaion Pact.
