HISTORY - EPSILON SECTOR

ROSWELL INCIDENT (1947 - 1948 AD)

Roswell, New Mexico

In 1947, an Alien Spacecraft - an Imperial Vampire Intelligence Group 1321 nightrunner on a spy mission of the White Sands Proving Ground, crashed near Roswell, New Mexico. In response, to the threat of an Alien space invasion, the Central Intelligence Agency established a top secret sub-agency known as Epsilon Sector.

The mission of Epsilon Sector is to identify, monitor, and analyze threats by Hostile Alien Lifeforms as defined under "The H.A.L.T. Protocol," both national and non-national - including extraterrestrial threats against U.S. government interests.

Epsilon Sector conducts covert operations and paramilitary actions through its special operations unit, H-Force Command.

The mission of KGB DIRECTORATE M (1954-1991) is foreign intelligence gathering on critical US government installations - nuclear weapons facilities, secret top DOD weapons programs (nuclear submarines and missile systems), the Pentagon, CIA, and FBI.

In 1971, Epsilon Sector becomes aware of worldwide Vampires activities, resulting from Echelon communications intercepts.

The Epsilon Sector establishes Earth Threat Alert Centers (ETAC) worldwide - run jointly by Epsilon Sector and foreign intelligence services: MI6 (UK), ASIS (Australia), CSIS (Canada), and NZSIS (New Zealand). They are manned by highly trained convert ops Case Officers known as Echoes - Epsilon Covert High-Rise Operators.

THE APOLLO 13 INCIDENT (1973 AD)

Apollo 13 Mission

While attempting to run the Earth Blockade, a Scorpion Cartel attacks Apollo 13. Atlantean attack fighters from Earth Moonbase: Lunar City, engage the Scorpion Nightrunner saving Apollo 13.

Having revealed the existence of the secret Moonbase to the Apollo 13 crew, the ESO begins secrets talks with the United States Governments about membership in the organization.

Following the events of the 1973 Apollo 13 Incident, the United States signs the EarthZone Accords, becoming a member of the Earth Security Organization (ESO) and Earth Space Command (ESC). In January 1976, the first Human recruits join Earth Space Command: William Blake, the Director of Epsilon Sector becomes a member of the Presidium, Epsilon Sector Operatives are assigned to Earth Intelligence, and H-Force Operatives are assigned to Section - 19 / Red Cell.

In March 1976, Alexsi Ivanov - a mutant shapeshifter and Xenia Antonov - a mutant teleporter, both KGB DIRECTORATE M (KGB Mutant Operatives), the couple had a son, Alexsi Antonov - mutant shapeshifter/teleporter. After the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, Alexsi Antonov would grow up to found a league of mutant teleporting/shapeshiftering assassins known as "The Easers" .

Area 51 CIA/Epsilon Sector (Nevada)

In June 1976, Alexsi Ivanov was captured by Epsilon Sector/H-Force operatives attempting to breach Epsilon Sector security. He is currently being held in stasis, at the offworld maximum security prison on Rouge Seven.

The Scorpion Cartel secretly builds underground bases on the Forbidden Planet Tartarus also known as Ghost, located 475 light-years from Earth in Ghost Space.

After several H-Force teams are killed on Earth during missions against the Scorpion Cartel. It was determined by the Presidium, that H-Force Operators the lacked weapons and tech to effectively engage hostile threats in Earth operations against Vampire and Mutant Operatives.

The Presidium agreed, that the Atlanteans and Dhampirs would train a limited number of Augmented Humans as Black Sentinels, who would become members of the Human Augment Corps. The first Humans volunteer - members of H-Force, join the Human Augment Program.

The first Human Augments complete Augment Operators training becoming members of the Human Augment Corps. They are assigned to H-Force, Earth Diplomatic Security (EDS), and Earth Special Operations Command (ESOC).

Following the Massacre of Ethnic Centauran Dock Workers at Outpost 7 - a border outpost on the Arcadian-Centauran Border, the region has descended into Civil War.

On 21 November 2016, Arcadian Dictator Dracus Karvo was deposed as Arcadian Chancellor.

On 1 January 2017, Pro-Centauran Separatists have seized control of attack ships and several outpost. The Arcadians have accused the Centaurans of backing the rebel factions, threatening a wider conflict between the Lykaion Empire, Centauran Union, and Scorpion Empire - that could start a new galactic war.

Operation Sundown

On 18 December 2017, Earth Intelligence receives actionable intelligence of arms shipments on Planet Tartarus also known as Ghost.

Earth Space Command (ESC) dispatches ESC Black Sentinel Taskforce Argus, Black Team and Red Team to Ghost - on a secret black ops mission: to find out who's behind the arm shipments and to destroy the weapons.
