Planet Dhampiria also known as Nemesis, is the Homeworld of the Dhampir Empire. Dhampiria is the third planet, in the Eris system - 470 light years from Earth in the constellation Lyra.

OPERATION BLACK WORLDS (9350 - 9300 BC)

Using the new Orion slipspace force, the Orion Empire in 9475 BC, established secret colonies deep inside the beta quadrant, in the Cygnus constellation - far beyond the operational range of the Velorum Empire Fleet. Using the new slipspace force, the Orions establish secret colonies deep inside the beta quadrant, Lyra constellation - far beyond the operational range of Velorum Fleet.

The locations of the Star Systems were classified:

Artemis, a Habitable Moon (Star System BW-19-04) - 851 light-years from Earth.

Delos, a Habitable Planet (Star System BW-19-05) - 1120 light-years from Earth.

Nemesis, a Habitable Planet (Star System BW-18-01) - 475 light-years from Earth.

Talos, a Habitable Planet (Star System BW-18-02) - 1200 light-years from Earth.

Theron, a Habitable Planet (Star System BW-18-02) - 1200 light-years from Earth.

ORION EMPIRE RULE (9300 - 6457 BC)

In 9300 BC, the Orion Empire establishes a military colony on Nemesis the third planet, in the Eris system - 470 light years from Earth in the constellation Lyra. Nemesis serves as a forward operating base in the Beta quadrant for the Orion fleet. A space station and Spaceyard were constructed at Nemesis lagrange point 2 (L2) to support fleet operations.

DHAMPIR EMPIRE RULE (6457 BC - PRESENT)

During the Vampire-Atlantean Wars (6487 - 6458 BC), Dhampir forces fought alongside Atlanteans for the first time against the Vampire Empire. Having proven themselves as allies in the Vampire-Atlantean War, in 6457 BC, the Orion Empire ceded the habitable planet Nemesis to the Dhampir Empire as a new homeworld. The Dhampir renamed the planet Dhampiria.

Following the events of the Mutant Wars (6000 - 5212 BC) and the Mutant Rebellion (5000 - 3818 BC), in 3504 BC, the planet Dhampiria became a member planet of the Orion Alliance: Orion Empire, Atlantean Empire and Dhampir Empire - the Alliance is an intergovernmental military organization based on the mutual collective defense by its members against an attack by any external party. Dhampiria located 400 light-years from the border of First Vampire Faction space, is key to the defense of the Orion colonies in the Lyra constellation - Artemis, Delos, Talos and Theron.

In 3500 BC, the Presidium is formed, a secret intelligence organization based on Earth Moonbase: Lunar City, its mission collect intelligence on Earth Vampire operations, fleet intelligences on the Sagittar and Scorpions forces, and recruit intelligent assets. To accomplish this mission Dhampir operatives where placed undercover as Vampire merchants and traders.

A small fleet of captured Vampire merchant ships is maintained at the Dhampiria Spaceyard.

THE FIRST GALACTIC WAR (1530 - 1322 BC)

During the Second Vampire-Dhampir War (1530 -1322 BC) in the First Galactic War (1530 - 1322 BC) planet Dhampiria was on the frontline of the war. The First Vampire Faction fleet advance was finally stopped in the Battle of Orpheus 215 (1481 - 1480 BC) and Battle of Dhampiria (1480 BC).

RESURRECTION OF VELORUM EMPEROR TA'VEL (352 BC)

After laying in stasis for 7,092 years, Emperor Ta'Vel - First Star Emperor of the Velorum Star Empire, is resurrected to the First Galactic Emperor of the Velorum Empire, the Supreme Sovereign of the which now extends from the Inner Orion Arm through the Perseus Transit into the Perseus Arm of the Milky Way Galaxy.

THE SECOND GALACTIC WAR (352 BC - 14 AD)

Seeking to restore the Velorum Empire's former colonies in the Beta Quadrant of the Orion Arm, Velorum Emperor Ta'Vel orders the invasion of the Beta Quadrant by the Velorum Alliance. On Earthdate 113, at 18:00 hours, Velorum and Imperial Vampire Forces crossed the border into Earth Space attacking Fleet Battle Station 65 on the Theseus line - a series of Orion Alliance Space Stations defending the Earth Space border. Beginning the Second Galactic War, a series of regional interstellar wars, between the Velorum Alliance and the Orion Alliance lasting 34 years. The Front-Line of the War would span across 3,000 light-years, with total casualties and loses of over 2 billion dead.

After 34 years of war, the Velorum Empire was finally defeated by the Orion Empire in the Second Battle of Orion's Belt. Imperial Vampire Forces, are driven from Earth Space - all sectors within a 300 light-year radius of Earth. First Vampire Faction, are driven from Earth Space back to their homeworld Tartarus. The final battle of the Second Galactic War, the Battle of Tartarus (14 AD), ended with the destruction of all major cities on Tartarus and the deaths of over 50 million. Because of the great loss of life on both sides in the battle, Tartarus is known as "Ghost" and the region is known as "Ghost Space".

On Earthdate 321, at 01:00 hours, the Velorum Alliance and the Orion Alliance sign the EarthZone Accords the treaty ending the Second Galactic War. The Treaty, declared Earth as a protected planet - no interference the technological development of the planet. It created the EarthZone, a protected zone of space - 300 light-year radius surrounding Earth, to be reserved for future Human colonization. Ghost Space was declared restricted space - no colonization allowed, the planet Tartarus also known as Ghost to be a Forbidden Planet - no landing or contact permitted. To protect EarthZone, it created the Earth Security Organization (ESO) and Earth Space Command (ESC).

THE PAX ORION (14 AD - PRESENT)

With the creation of the ESO, two thousand years of peace comes to the Galaxy, the worlds of the Orion Alliance prospered during this time known as the Pax Orion.

To keep the peace the Atlantean and Dhampir Defense Forces joins the Earth Space Organization (ESO) and Earth Space Command (ESC). Atlantean Black Sentinels once again defense the line in the EarthZone, maintaining the peace and keeping Orion free.
